Carrot and Celery Juice

Cook Time: 2 Minutes

Ingredients

  • 4-5 medium carrots
  • 1-2 celery stalks

Instructions

  1. Clean the carrots with water; scrub with a vegetable brush if possible.
  2. Cut off the tops of the carrots.
  3. Wash the celery.
  4. Slice the carrots and celery to fit into the juicer.
  5. Process in the juicer. Stir to mix well.
  6. Pour into glasses and enjoy!

      My favourite juice contains 3 carrots, 3 sticks celery, knob of ginger, small green apple, couple of kale leaves and half a cucumber. I have this every morning with my husband and it makes us feel awake and refreshed.
